Most Dutch fixers coordinate and then hand you to freelancers. We do the coordination and bring our own broadcast crew, so the person who scouted your location is on set with you. Book the whole package or only the parts your shoot is missing.

What a foreign crew should know.
Most of what slows a visiting crew down happens before the first shot: customs, paperwork, language and getting a live signal out. We handle all four.
Kit from outside the EU
Crews flying in from the UK, the US or elsewhere outside the EU usually need an ATA Carnet for their kit, arranged at home before departure. Or travel light and hire camera, light and audio from us here.
One city, one set of rules
Filming in public space needs a permit from each municipality, and The Hague and Amsterdam run their own process. Send the locations early and we file the applications for you.

Our crews work in Dutch and English. For interviews in Dutch we can add translation and subtitles.

The Hague is home to both courts, the OPCW, Eurojust, Europol and the Dutch government, and it is where we are based.

Our broadcast camera operator with full kit starts at €500 a day, and a LiveU LU600 adds €350 a day. Fixer days, permits, scouting, kit hire and transport depend on the shoot, so we quote them per job. You get one itemised quote the same day you send the brief.

Foreign news desks, US network bureaus, European broadcasters, agencies that need an extra position and international producers book us when a story or a shoot lands in the Netherlands and building it from abroad would take too long. We filmed the NATO Summit in The Hague under summit accreditation, sent two crews for Roberta Metsola's visit for the European Parliament, covered Kaja Kallas for the European Commission and Queen Máxima at TU Delft, and ran ProSieben's live feed from the European Council in Brussels.

What does a fixer in the Netherlands do?
A fixer handles the local side of a shoot so a foreign production does not have to build it from abroad: filming permits, locations, crew, kit, transport and access. CamJo24 does all of that and brings its own broadcast crew, so the same team also films and, if needed, goes live.
Can you get a filming permit for us?
Yes. We apply for the municipal filming permit on your behalf. Every Dutch city sets its own rules for filming in public space, and The Hague and Amsterdam each run their own process, so send the locations as early as you can.
Can you work as a fixer without your crew?
Yes. You can book us as a fixer only, with your own crew filming, and add kit hire, a vehicle and driver or our LiveU LU600 as the shoot needs.

Can you film at the ICC or the ICJ?
We coordinate the press accreditation that filming at the international courts and institutions in The Hague requires. Access is confirmed case by case, so the earlier we know the date, the better.
How many live positions can you run on a big news day?
Two at short notice. Up to four when booked ahead, because the extra LiveU units need lead time. Rulings and summits are scheduled, so book as soon as the date is set.
Do we need an ATA Carnet to bring our kit?
Usually, if your kit comes from outside the EU, for example from the UK or the US. The carnet lists every item and is arranged in your home country before you fly. Crews travelling within the EU do not normally need one. To skip the paperwork, hire camera, light and audio kit from us here.
Does your crew speak English?
Yes. Our crews work in Dutch and English. For interviews in Dutch we can arrange translation and subtitles.
Do you cover Belgium and Germany too?
Yes. From The Hague we are in Belgium and West Germany the same day. The rest of Europe takes a little more lead time.
