Effective June 2026. By confirming a booking, you agree to these terms.
1 Scope
These Terms apply to all bookings, quotations, and production services provided by CamJo24 for ENG camera crew services, live broadcast, live streaming, drone videography, multi-camera production, and related media services across Europe. By confirming a booking โ verbally, in writing, via email, or through WhatsApp โ you agree to these Terms.
2 Quotations & Validity
- All quotes are valid for 14 calendar days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated.
- Quotes are based on the information provided by you at the time of request. Changes to scope, location, dates, or deliverables may require a revised quote.
- All prices are all-in unless explicitly itemised. "All-in" covers crew, standard equipment, LiveU LU600 transmission (where specified), travel from The Hague, and basic logistics.
- Not included unless specified: special permits (drone, venue, police), satellite truck rental, extra edit hours, music licensing, archive footage, and client-requested equipment upgrades.
3 Booking Confirmation & Payment
3.1 Deposit. To confirm a booking, a 50% non-refundable deposit of the total quoted amount is required upfront. The deposit secures crew, equipment, and LiveU LU600 allocation. Deposit is due within 3 business days of quote acceptance. Bookings are not confirmed until the deposit is received.
3.2 Final Payment. The remaining 50% balance is due 7 calendar days before the shoot date, or upon delivery of raw footage / final deliverables, whichever is earlier.
3.3 Rush-Booking Fee. Bookings confirmed with less than 48 hours before the project start time incur a 20% rush-booking surcharge on the total quoted amount. This covers expedited crew mobilisation, after-hours coordination, and priority equipment allocation. The rush fee applies in addition to the standard deposit and is non-refundable. The 48-hour window is calculated from the moment of booking confirmation (deposit received) to the confirmed call time on location.
3.4 Payment Methods. We accept bank transfer (SEPA/EUR), and for select clients, invoice terms with approved credit. All bank fees are the responsibility of the payer.
4 Cancellation & Rescheduling
| Cancellation Timing | Charge |
|---|---|
| More than 7 days before project start | Deposit retained as credit for a rescheduled date within 90 days. No additional fee. |
| Within 7 days before project start (but more than 24 hours) | 30% of the total quoted amount is due. Deposit counts toward this. |
| Within 24 hours of project start | 100% of the total quoted amount is due. No refunds or credits. |
4.1 Rescheduling. Rescheduling requests made more than 7 days out: deposit transfers to the new date at no charge (subject to availability). Rescheduling within the 7-day window is treated as a cancellation + new booking. Rescheduled dates must fall within 90 days of the original booking. After 90 days, the deposit is forfeited.
4.2 No-Shows. If the client or authorised contact is unreachable at the confirmed call time and does not respond within 30 minutes, the crew reserves the right to stand down. This is treated as a 24-hour cancellation โ 100% of the quoted amount is due.
5 Scope Changes & Overtime
- Overtime is charged at 1.5x the hourly crew rate after 10 hours on location, and 2x after 12 hours.
- Scope changes on the day (extra locations, additional crew, extended hours, extra gear) require written or WhatsApp confirmation and will be billed separately.
- We reserve the right to refuse scope changes that compromise safety, crew welfare, or legal compliance.
6 Travel & Logistics
- Standard quotes include travel from The Hague to the shoot location and back.
- For locations requiring flights, ferries, or overnight accommodation, these costs are quoted separately and approved in advance.
- Parking, tolls, and venue access fees are the client's responsibility unless included in the quote.
- Crews depart from The Hague based on the confirmed call time. Delays caused by client-side scheduling changes may incur waiting-time charges.
7 Equipment & Technical
- We operate Sony cinema cameras, LiveU LU600 bonded cellular units, Sennheiser AVX audio, and Amaran lighting as standard.
- Equipment is tested before departure. In the rare event of equipment failure in the field, we will attempt replacement or workaround. If the shoot cannot proceed due to technical failure on our side, you are entitled to a pro-rata refund for the affected portion.
- Client-furnished equipment: We are not liable for damage, incompatibility, or failure of equipment supplied by the client or a third party.
8 Deliverables
- Raw footage is typically delivered within 24โ48 hours via secure cloud link (WeTransfer, Frame.io, or client-specified platform).
- Edited packages and same-day edits are delivered per the timeline agreed in the quote.
- Live streams are delivered as a feed to the client's specified receiver. We are not responsible for downstream platform failures (YouTube, Facebook, client servers).
- Footage is archived by CamJo24 for 90 days after delivery, then deleted unless a storage agreement is in place.
9 Liability & Insurance
- CamJo24 carries professional liability and equipment insurance for owned gear.
- We are not liable for: loss of broadcast slot or revenue due to external factors (network failure, venue power outage, client-side technical issues); drone flight restrictions imposed by air traffic control, weather, or last-minute venue denial; injury or damage caused by client, venue staff, or third parties.
- Drone operations are conducted by EU-certified pilots with full liability coverage. Flight clearance is the client's responsibility for private/controlled airspace unless otherwise agreed.
10 Force Majeure
Neither party is liable for failure to perform due to events beyond reasonable control, including: severe weather, natural disasters, pandemic restrictions, war, terrorism, civil unrest, strikes, government travel bans, closed airspace, or denied venue access.
In such cases, we will attempt to reschedule at the earliest feasible date. Deposits will be held as credit. If rescheduling is impossible, a pro-rata refund (minus non-recoverable costs) will be issued.
11 Intellectual Property & Usage
- CamJo24 retains copyright of all footage and materials until full payment is received.
- Upon full payment, the client receives a broad usage license for the commissioned content in perpetuity, across all media (broadcast, web, social, internal).
- CamJo24 reserves the right to use stills or short clips for portfolio, demo reel, and marketing purposes unless a confidentiality agreement (NDA) is signed in advance.
- Third-party branding (music, stock footage, logos) requires client clearance and licensing.
12 Confidentiality & NDA
For sensitive productions (NATO, EU institutions, medical, legal), we offer Non-Disclosure Agreements upon request. Crews are briefed on confidentiality protocols before arrival.
13 Complaints & Disputes
Any complaint about service quality, deliverables, or billing must be submitted in writing within 7 days of the shoot date. We aim to resolve disputes commercially and swiftly. If resolution fails, disputes will be governed by the laws of The Netherlands and subject to the jurisdiction of courts in The Hague.
14 Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of The Hague.
