Cancellation Policy

At CamJo24, we understand that circumstances can change, and projects may need to be canceled or postponed. However, it is important to note that canceling or postponing a project can significantly impact on our business operations and the allocation of our resources. Therefore, we have the following cancellation policy in place:
Notice of cancellation must be provided in writing and received by CamJo24 at least 24 hours prior to the project’s scheduled start date to avoid any fees.
For cancellations received within 24 hours of the scheduled start date of the project, CamJo24 reserves the right to charge the full project cost as a cancellation fee.
In the event of a postponement, CamJo24 will work with the client to reschedule the project at a mutually convenient time. Any additional costs incurred as a result of the postponement, including but not limited to travel and accommodation will be the responsibility of the client.
We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise and will make every effort to work with our clients to find a fair and mutually beneficial resolution. However, it is important to note that our cancellation policy is in place to protect our business and the allocation of our resources.

Payment terms

At CamJo24, we understand that every business is unique and has its own payment needs and preferences. Therefore, we offer a range of payment terms to meet the needs of our clients.

Our standard payment terms are as follows:

A deposit of 50% of the total project cost is required to secure your booking and begin work on your project. This deposit is non-refundable.

The remaining 50% of the total project cost is due upon completion, before delivery of the final video files.

Payment can be made by bank transfer, credit card, or PayPal.

In the event that the project scope changes significantly after the initial booking, CamJo24 reserves the right to revise the project cost and payment terms accordingly.

Any additional costs incurred as a result of changes or revisions requested by the client, including but not limited to travel and accommodation will be the client's responsibility.

We understand that every business has its own payment needs and preferences, and we are happy to discuss alternative payment terms if needed. Please don't hesitate to contact us to discuss your payment needs; we will do our best to accommodate them.
