Camera Crew & LiveU ENG at the NATO Summit, The Hague 2025
CamJo24 worked at the World Forum for both days of the first NATO summit held in the Netherlands, covering the Defence Industry Forum, the NATO Public Forum and the press centre.
The biggest security event in Dutch history.
The NATO Summit 2025 was the first NATO summit the Netherlands had hosted since the alliance was founded in 1949. With 45 heads of state, 45 defence ministers, and over 2,000 international journalists converging on the World Forum, this was the largest logistical and security operation ever held in the Netherlands.
CamJo24 was deployed on the ground across both days, 24 and 25 June 2025, covering the NATO Summit Defence Industry Forum, the NATO Public Forum, and the press centre. Our LiveU ENG and camera crew provided broadcast-quality footage and live feeds from inside the summit, including the panel with NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte alongside European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen.
For any broadcaster needing a LiveU rental or ENG crew at a major European political event, we bring the same preparation to every job.

LiveU ENG, camera crew, broadcast coverage, Sony PXW-Z280 & LiveU LU600
Tight security and 2,000 journalists in one venue.
A NATO summit is a hard place to film. The security perimeter at the World Forum restricted movement, equipment access, and positioning. Every credential, every piece of kit, and every movement had to be pre-approved and coordinated in advance.
With 2,000 international journalists competing for the best angles, the press centre was at maximum capacity from day one. Clean shots of the Defence Industry Forum, including the panel with Rutte and Von der Leyen, required precise positioning and the right accreditation.
Bonded cellular transmission from the LiveU LU600 mattered inside the World Forum, because the fixed broadcast infrastructure was reserved for the accredited host broadcasters. Our LiveU ENG setup meant we could transmit independently from anywhere in the venue without relying on the summit's own network.
