The biggest security event in Dutch history.

The NATO Summit 2025 in The Hague was a landmark moment — the first time the Netherlands had hosted a NATO summit since the alliance's founding in 1949. With 45 heads of state, 45 defence ministers, and over 2,000 international journalists converging on the World Forum, this was the largest logistical and security operation ever held in the Netherlands.

CamJo24 was deployed on the ground across both days — 24 and 25 June 2025 — covering the NATO Summit Defence Industry Forum, the NATO Public Forum, and the press centre. Our LiveU ENG and camera crew provided broadcast-quality footage and live feeds from the heart of the summit, including the high-profile panel featuring NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte alongside European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen.

For any broadcaster needing a LiveU rental or ENG crew at a major European political event, this is the kind of access and experience CamJo24 brings to every job.

Maximum security. 2,000 journalists. One chance.

A NATO summit is one of the most logistically complex broadcast environments in the world. The security perimeter at the World Forum restricted movement, equipment access, and positioning. Every credential, every piece of kit, and every movement had to be pre-approved and coordinated in advance.

With 2,000 international journalists competing for the best angles, the press centre was at maximum capacity from day one. Clean shots of the Defence Industry Forum — including the panel with Rutte and Von der Leyen — required precise positioning, the right accreditation, and a crew that operates professionally under pressure.

The LiveU LU600's bonded cellular transmission was essential inside the World Forum — fixed broadcast infrastructure was reserved for accredited host broadcasters. Our LiveU ENG setup meant we could transmit independently from anywhere in the venue without relying on the summit's own network.

"At a NATO summit, there's no second chance. You're credentialled, you're in position, and you deliver — or you don't. Our crew delivered."
