What file formats do you work with?
All professional formats: ProRes, DNxHD, RED R3D, BRAW, XAVC and more, plus H.264/H.265 for smaller projects. Deliverables are customised to your requirements.
How do you handle the file-transfer process?
We use secure cloud transfer for fast, safe exchange, and physical drives for larger projects. All content is handled with strict confidentiality.
How exactly do you match our brand colours?
We work from your brand guidelines, color references or earlier videos, so every deliverable matches.
Is HDR colour grading available?
Yes: HDR grading for Dolby Vision, HDR10 and HLG. Our workflow delivers both SDR and HDR from the same project when needed.
How many revisions are included?
Standard packages include two rounds of revisions. More rounds can be added.
What is your typical turnaround time?
It depends on length and complexity. Short-form content (under 5 minutes) typically takes 1–3 business days; longer projects are scheduled to their specific needs.
