Hire a bonded cellular crew.

A CamJo24 ENG crew that gets you live over bonded cellular: 5G and 4G aggregated into one broadcast link, no satellite truck, no fixed line to book in advance. We run the LiveU LU600 exclusively, the same unit we've taken live at NATO summits and EU Council press conferences. On location the same day across the Netherlands, Belgium and West Germany.

Why bonded cellular

5G live transmission, not a mystery box.

Cellular bonding combines several 5G and 4G connections, plus WiFi and Ethernet, into one resilient uplink. If one path drops, the others carry the signal. We cover the full mechanics on our bonded cellular explainer. Here's what it means for your shoot.

Bonded cellular · 5G/4G aggregation

One crew, one uplink, live.

A CamJo24 ENG operator arrives with the LiveU LU600 already configured. Cellular bonding combines its 5G/4G modems with WiFi and Ethernet into one redundant link, a full live setup that fits in a backpack. Reliable from remote locations, moving vehicles, or anywhere coverage is thin.

A 5G broadcast crew, not just a box

Anyone can rent a transmitter. Our operators read network conditions in real time, reroute around a dropping cell tower mid-broadcast, and troubleshoot on site so a live hit doesn't go dark.

Live uplink from almost anywhere

Rural press conferences, moving vehicles, basement press rooms, outdoor locations with no fixed connection. If a phone gets signal, we can usually go live.

Broadcast-grade 4K over 5G

HD or 4K with HEVC / H.265 encoding, sub-second glass-to-glass latency (0.5–1.5s), essential for live interviews and breaking news.

Honest capacity, no overbooking

We run two LiveU LU600 units in-house and can call on two more at short notice, backed by three ENG crews. That's a ceiling of four simultaneous live feeds in one day. Tell us your date early and we'll confirm capacity before you book.

Where we deploy

Same-day 5G broadcast crews, Benelux & West Germany.

From our base in The Hague, a bonded cellular crew reaches most of the Netherlands, Belgium and western Germany the same day, often within four hours of your call. Elsewhere in Europe, we deploy with a little more lead time.

How it works

From call to live uplink in four steps.

1

Tell us the feed

Location, destination (SRT, RTMP, LiveU Matrix or your own playout) and timing. A producer answers directly, day or night.

2

Crew and LU600 dispatched

An ENG operator arrives with the LiveU LU600, Sony broadcast camera and audio kit, fully tested before go-live.

3

Bonding test on site

All cellular paths verified and a redundant link established to your destination before you're on air.

4

Live, glass-to-glass

Our operator manages the camera and the uplink while you focus on the story. One invoice covers everything.

Pre-dawn at the European Council, we needed two clean live hits back to Munich at 5 AM. The bonded cellular feed was indistinguishable from satellite: zero dropouts in the cold and dark, and everything on a single invoice.

FAQ

Questions, answered.

What is bonded cellular crew hire?

A CamJo24 ENG crew arrives with a LiveU LU600 transmitter already configured. Bonded cellular combines 5G, 4G, WiFi and Ethernet into one link, so you go live without a satellite truck, a fixed line, or a second technician to hire separately.

What's the difference between bonded cellular and LiveU?

Bonded cellular is the technology: combining several mobile and internet connections into one resilient uplink. LiveU is the manufacturer whose LU600 we run to do it. If you already know you want the LiveU brand by name, our LiveU LU600 rental page covers pricing and packages directly.

How does 5G live transmission work on location?

The LU600 aggregates up to six cellular modems (5G/4G) with WiFi and Ethernet. If one network drops, the others keep carrying the signal, so the picture stays live even on a weak connection or in a moving vehicle. Full mechanics are on our bonded cellular explainer.

What does a 5G broadcast crew do that a rented box can't?

A box only gets you a signal. Our operators read network conditions in real time, reroute around a dropping cell tower mid-broadcast, and troubleshoot on site so a live hit doesn't go dark. You're hiring the crew as much as the kit.

Do you offer the LiveU LU800?

No. CamJo24 runs the LiveU LU600, the model built for ENG and news work. The LU800 is LiveU's higher-tier unit for major sports and large events; we don't offer it. If your job needs LU800-class capacity, tell us and we'll advise honestly.

How many simultaneous live feeds can you run?

Four, at most, on a single day. We own two LU600 units and can call on two more at short notice, backed by three ENG crews. Tell us your date early so we can confirm capacity before you book.

How fast can you deploy in the Netherlands, Belgium or West Germany?

From The Hague we reach most of the Netherlands, Belgium and western Germany the same day, often within four hours of your call. Elsewhere in Europe we deploy with a little more lead time.

How much does bonded cellular crew hire cost?

One all-in day rate covers the LU600, the ENG operator, encoding, data and monitoring, from €350 per day. The exact figure depends on shoot hours, travel and how many feeds you need. Tell us the job and a producer sends an itemised quote the same day.
